Tusker Construction Group is continuing to grow, and we are looking for Mobile Crane Operators to join our experienced crane hire team. This role is suited to candidates who are confident working on busy project sites and understand the importance of safety, communication and reliable site delivery.

Requirements
- Valid Safe Pass.
- Valid CSCS Slinger/Signaller preferred.
- Valid CSCS Mobile Crane qualification preferred.
- Full, clean Driver Licence, Category C with a minimum of one year professional driving experience preferred.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate mobile cranes in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Operate safely and follow lift plans, risk assessments and method statements.
- Inspect cranes, overhead lines and possible obstructions before work begins.
- Carry out routine crane checks and report defects immediately.
- Maintain logs and records of operation activities.
- Work with banksmen, slingers and site teams to support safe lifting operations.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and follow site safety requirements.
Training Note:Full training may be provided for trainee crane drivers. A valid Safe Pass and CSCS Slinger/Signaller qualification would be an advantage.
